This gallery is a growing collection of photos from our visits to locations significant to the Civil Rights Movement and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We have had the pleasure of visiting a couple of very important places that have been rich in history of the Civil Rights Movement.
Freg and Ant tour the US Rocket Center, a fun and very impressive museum presenting the birth and progression of the rocket. We learned more than we could absorb about Wernher von Braun and his pioneering spirit that led most of the rocket’s growth beginning at the end of World War II- continuing all the way to our landing on the moon.
Freg and Ant tour the US Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, FL. This establishment is a tremendous and massively dense exhibit portraying the life and vehicles of Naval Aviation.
Freg enjoyed an adventure to the Memphis Zoo where he saw Orangutans and Polar Bears for the first time!
A collection of photos from our visit to the Knoxville Zoo where Freg was particularly excited about seeing his old friends, the chimpanzees. Freg had the pleasure of spending countless hours with the wonderful apes when we worked at the Knoxville Zoo for almost a year in 2009.

As we travel through the Southeast and other portions of America we have passed and visited some of the Civil War battlefields and cemeteries. This gallery is a collection of all photographs that apply to the Civil War. The Civil War is a part of American history that pitted neighbor against neighbor.
We saw a lot of cool wildlife in the everglades and also acquired a new dislike for vultures.
Enjoy our photos of our first day of our adventure spent at the Dry Tortugas National Park in the Florida Keys. This was an amazingly beautiful piece of history and the weather was fantastic.
