Those GuysTravels

The adventures of Freg, Ant & Carolyn

After a couple of years of torturing each other with ideas of an extensive road trip, we have finally committed to a few years on the road. Our mission: all fifty states. The United States of America is a melting pot of interesting communities, diverse people, and an extremely massive collection of natural beauty and wonder. We hope to capture these qualities every day through photo and film.

Everything about our trip will be uploaded so that viewers can share in our journey. Ultimately, we hope to encourage others to travel and see what is in their own back yards. If you know of any "must do’s" in your area, let us know with our Suggestions page. We sincerely thank you for stopping by the website and very much look forward to meeting you on the road.

Carolyn Lindberg

Carolyn graduated Appalachian State in 2007 with a BSBA in Hospitality and Toursim Management. Afterwards she went to Charleston Southern University were she earned her MBA and she then went on to the Medical University of South Carolina and attained her MHA. The downturn in the economy and lack of employment positioned Carolyn perfectly to join up with Freg and Ant, adding her business acumen and laid back personality to their nomadic adventure.

Anthony Gentile (Ant)

Anthony attended Appalachian State University where he met Craig and Carolyn through their mutual friend Mike Haase. Anthony graduated with a BSBA in Computer Information Systems and went on to work on large scale websites. He is currently studying computational linguistics at the University of Washington and busy living like a nomad.

Craig Dillenbeck (Freg)

After graduating in 2005, Craig dipped his toes into many genres of photography, but rather dove into the realm of rock climbing photography. As of late, Craig enjoys shooting objects, people, and places that are often overlooked because these subjects harbor beauty that sometimes forces an alteration of perspective. He is more than excited to participate in an adventure that he’s been planning since first sitting in a driver’s seat.
